Some personal data we collect and why we collect it

  • Your IP address : by geolocating you, we can improve your purchase experience. For example, we can serve our webpages in your language.
  • Your name, email, postal addresses and phone number if you pass an order with us or fill our contact forms.

1. Comments

When you leave a comment on our website, not only the data entered in the comment form, but also your IP address and browser user agent are collected to help us detect unwanted comments.

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service to verify your use of the service. The privacy policy of the Gravatar service is available here : https://automattic.com/privacy/.

After validation of your comment, your profile picture if you upload one will be publicly visible next to your comment.

2. Medias

If you are a registered user and are uploading images to the website, we advise you to avoid uploading images that contain EXIF data of GPS coordinates. Visitors to our website can download and extract location data from these images.

3. Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site, you will be asked to save your name, email address and perhaps other personal data in cookies. This is only for your convenience so that you do not have to enter this information if you leave another comment later. These cookies expire after one year.

We collect information about you during the purchase process on our store.

a) What we collect and store

While you visit our site, we’ll track:

  • Products you’ve viewed.
  • IP address and browser agent: we’ll use this for purposes like choosing the language of the served content, estimating taxes, estimating shipping costs etc

We’ll also use cookies to keep track of basket contents while you’re browsing our site.

When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide during the checkout personal informations including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:

b) Which members of our team have access?

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. Both Administrators and Shop Managers can access :

  • Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent etc
  • Customer information like your name, email, billing and shipping addresses, EU VAT number if any.

Our team members have access to this information to help fulfil orders, process refunds and generally to support you to the best possible extent.

c) What we share with third-parties

We share information with third parties that help us process our orders and provide services to you :

  • Name and shipping details with our shipping providers.
  • Name, shipping details and payment details with our payment services (Revolut, Stripe, Paypal…)
  • IP address und user agent with our anti-spam services, payment providers (Stripe for example)…
