How does the warranty work?
If you have an issue with your electric scooter, you can fill the after-sales form on our website. Our support team will do its best to solve your problem. In most cases, we will be able to diagnose the issue remotely and then either:
- Send you the necessary replacement parts (for simple repairs).
- Ask you to send you product to one of our workshops. Our support team can assist with the logistics.
