1. If you have good repair skills (many of our customers do), we make the diagnosis together and the necessary replacement parts are sent by us free of charge to your location
2. You can drop your defective product in one of our Service Centers.
3. You can ship the defective product(s) to one of our Service Centers, we will repair it as fast as possible and ship it back to you free of charge. Of course, our team can help organise the pickup at your address for a seamless and "hassle-free" experience.
