All our motorised products come with a limited commercial warranty :
- Two years on the electronic (controllers, display, converters...), motors and the frame.
- One year on the battery.

We are proud to offer our customers friendly, fast and efficient after sales. DUALTRON SHOP's team will always answer the call to solve its customers issues. So what do you do if your motorised product breaks down?
B/ We determine together what is the best course of action :
- Simple issue (defective display for example) : We ship a replacement part to your location free of charge with UPS.
- Complexe issue :
- If you have good repair skills (many of our customers do), we make the diagnosis together and the necessary replacement parts are sent by us free of charge to your location
- You can drop your defective product in one of our Service Centers.
- You can ship the defective product(s) to one of our Service Centers, we will repair it as fast as possible and ship it back to you free of charge. Of course, our team can help organise the pickup at your address for a seamless and "hassle-free" experience.

What is the difference between the Rated and Max motor power?
Rated Power (Nominal Power)
- This is the continuous power the motor is designed to sustain efficiently under normal riding conditions.
Max Power (Peak Power)
- This is the highest power output the motor can achieve for short bursts, such as during rapid acceleration or steep climbs.
- It allows the scooter to deliver extra performance when needed, enhancing responsiveness and power when required.

Why would solid tyres only be suitable for the rear tyre and not the front? Is this a safety or performance issue?

Hello.
The rims profile and dimensions are not the same in front and rear.
This tire only fits on rear profile.

It does not even fit the dualtron mini rear tyre. How it is supposed to fit if the dimensions on the steel ringsis bigger then the tires inner circle.

Hallo, für alle bei denen es nicht geklappt hat.
Ich habe den Reifen für ein paar Minuten ins Kochende Wasser gelegt und dann ist er dehnbar und weich genug zum Montieren. Am besten Reifen auf den Boden legen und dann die Felge auf den Reifen und draufsteigen.
Hoffentlich konnte ich wem weiterhelfen.
