All our motorised products come with a limited commercial warranty :
- Two years on the electronic (controllers, display, converters...), motors and the frame.
- One year on the battery.

We are proud to offer our customers friendly, fast and efficient after sales. DUALTRON SHOP's team will always answer the call to solve its customers issues. So what do you do if your motorised product breaks down?
B/ We determine together what is the best course of action :
- Simple issue (defective display for example) : We ship a replacement part to your location free of charge with UPS.
- Complexe issue :
- If you have good repair skills (many of our customers do), we make the diagnosis together and the necessary replacement parts are sent by us free of charge to your location
- You can drop your defective product in one of our Service Centers.
- You can ship the defective product(s) to one of our Service Centers, we will repair it as fast as possible and ship it back to you free of charge. Of course, our team can help organise the pickup at your address for a seamless and "hassle-free" experience.
